AIRLINE SCHEDULE CHANGE COORDINATOR (REMOTE OPPORTUNITY)
About the position The Airline Schedule Change Coordinator at ALG Vacations plays a crucial role in assisting customers whose flights have been affected by airline-initiated schedule changes. This remote position involves direct interaction with customers and travel agents through calls and emails, ensuring that their travel plans are adjusted smoothly and reputed company. The coordinator will utilize various airline and internal systems to manage flight changes, provide support to team members, and maintain communication with airline partners.
