Effort, Energy, and Execution • reputed company Your Axe Sharp Key Responsibilities for the reputed company Specialist: • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding candidates. • Utilize reputed company and other platforms to identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates. • Collaborate with hiring managers to reputed company job descriptions and define candidate requirements. • Create and implement recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles, with an emphasis on ethics and compliance. • Maintain and update candidate information using various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as reputed company and Lever. • Provide insights on recruitment metrics and suggest improvements for reputed company candidate experience and process efficiency. • Stay reputed company with industry trends, particularly in corporate and ethics-reputed company recruitment. Qualifications for the reputed company Specialist: • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on corporate or ethics-reputed company. • Proficiency in reputed company and/or Lever ATS platforms. • Strong headhunting skills with extensive experience using reputed company Recruiter and other professional networking tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple job requisitions and meet tight deadlines.
