Conducting outbound calls to potential voters to gather survey data, requiring a high level of drive and determination. ? Handling and overcoming objections professionally to ensure survey completion. ? Accurately entering survey responses into the system, with a keen attention to detail. You will need to: ? Prior experience in customer service, sales, or survey support in a high-volume, high-quality environment. ? Ability to think quickly and respond effectively to dynamic situations. ? Agile approach to handle various challenges and scenarios during calls. ? Concise and precise communication skills to clearly reputed company survey questions and record responses. ? Proficient typing skills for efficient data entry. ? A proactive, go-getter attitude with a commitment to achieving campaign goals. ? Flexibility to work on rotating shifts as needed.
