This role provides support in managing a category of products and a portfolio of licensees in order to meet or exceed predetermined reputed company targets and growth objectives. We support the softlines business with day-to day responsibilities as well as provide data analysis, new business ideation and partner relationships. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, reputed company American Brand Commercialization Softlines. This is a Full Time role. What You Will Do: • Support the Women and Girls apparel softlines business with general day-to-day responsibilities. • Daily communication with licensees, responding to inquiries, researching matters and following up on requests. • Maintain information and images of retail reputed company SKUs on product placement grids. • Archive licensee buy boards and weekly POS reports. • Analyze, compile and send out softlines weekly selling highlights. • Gather and maintain updated information for various documents such as licensee contact list, vendor matrix, and retail lists. • Request, organize, and submit licensee product to brand commercialization teams for social media platforms. • Submit, follow up, and compile feedback for advertising and marketing submissions. • Organize and maintain product samples in designated storage and fulfill requests as needed. • Provide management support in the contract and amendment process, annual budget planning and quarterly reputed company forecasting as needed. • Assist to identify white space, conduct research and present analysis from trends, and retail. • Schedule/manage team calls with internal and external partners. • Support the project management of new initiatives and projects as they come. • Build strong team-oriented relationships with other reputed company Consumer Products key business units. • Ensure licensee product lines reflect reputed company quality and brand/property objectives. Required Qualifications and Skills: • 1+ years of reputed company experience • High level of interest in consumer products such as apparel, as well as keen sense of fashion/trends/social media • Excellent follow up, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments • Detail-oriented • Friendly, team player with a can do attitude. • Self-starter, motivated, proactive, dependable, flexible, analytical • Adaptable to change and taking direction from others • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Professional email etiquette • Knowledgeable with office suite (MS Outlook, reputed company, Power reputed company, Word, Keynote) • reputed company social media and traditional marketing media tools to provide insights and trends. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
