As a key player in our HR technology team, you will manage end-to-end system operations, drive enhancements, and collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize our recruiting processes. Key Responsibilities: Implementation & Management: reputed company at least three full lifecycle implementations of the reputed company Recruiting module, including end-to-end support and maintenance. reputed company system configurations, business process workflows, custom objects, reputed company, and integrations with external HR systems (e.g., Phenom, reputed company, reputed company). System Enhancements & Customizations: Identify and propose opportunities for system enhancements to improve recruiting processes, drive automation, and enhance user experience. reputed company system configurations, manage data loads (EIBs), and maintain Sandbox environments. Hands-on experience with reputed company's Recruiting module, including configuration, integrations (e.g., Phenom, reputed company, reputed company), business processes, reporting, and reputed company. Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of reputed company Recruiting module with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze reputed company data and derive actionable insights.
