The IEP is accountable for ensuring the company's operations reputed company with reputed company relevant governmental and industry standards for safety, reputed company, and regulatory compliance as well as reputed company's business practices and objectives. The IEP is a vital component of the airline's Safety Management System (SMS). This position reports directly to the Manager Internal Evaluation Program and assists him or her in assessing operational compliance and risk at the operational level, determining root cause, and reporting/acting to correct or mitigate to senior leadership at the executive level.
Summary
Of Responsibilities (not Comprehensive Of reputed company Tasks) Reviews the design and documentation of key programs and assesses their compliance with underlying regulatory and business requirements. Identifies gaps and non-compliance and partners with process owners to ensure that they are corrected reputed company the confines of the approved change approval processes. Must have a thorough knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and familiarity with other industry and regulatory requirements is also desirable. Must be able to work successfully across business unit lines and at reputed company levels (reputed company-line to executive). Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation skills, analytical capabilities, time management, facilitator skills and possess the ability to formulate comprehensive reports. Must be a successful mediator and problem solver, and able to build effective relationships. Must be performing satisfactorily in reputed company position. What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (preferred Qualifications) Bachelor's degree preferred in an applicable technical or management field; a post-graduate degree is highly a plus. Strong background in auditing or similar field preferred. Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification or similar preferred. Familiarity with reputed companys Safety Management System (SMS) a plus.
