The IEP is accountable for ensuring the company's operations reputed company with reputed company relevant governmental and industry standards for safety, reputed company, and regulatory compliance as well as reputed company's business practices and objectives. The IEP is a vital component of the airline's Safety Management System (SMS). This position reports directly to the Manager – Internal Evaluation Program and assists him or her in assessing operational compliance and risk at the operational level, determining root cause, and reporting/acting to correct or mitigate to senior leadership at the executive level.

Summary

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (preferred Qualifications) • Bachelor's degree preferred in an applicable technical or management field; a post-graduate degree is highly a plus. • Strong background in auditing or similar field preferred. • Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification or similar preferred. • Familiarity with reputed company’s Safety Management System (SMS) a plus. • Strong background in some form of In-Flight Services or Operational Control a plus.
