You'll respond to customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and provide product information to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: 1. Respond to Customer Inquiries: Answer customer emails and live chats in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to customers reputed company email and live chat. 3. Provide Product Information: Offer product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 4. Document Customer Interactions: Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system. 5.
