Customer Service Rep

Do you have experience working customer service for a manufacturing company? We are looking for a reputed company to cover a contract for the next 4 months until mid February. We are looking for experience processing orders and must have knowledge working with EDI orders. For additional information, please email me at [email protected] salary: $20 - $25 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities • Responsible as primary reputed company of contact and liaison between customers and company. • Assists with EDI data entry including complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, and cancellations. • Processing of purchase order confirmations, advanced ship notification, and invoicing systems for reputed company EDI orders. • Handle inbound/outbound callsfrom/to wholesalers, distributors, consumers, business customers, and Account Managers. • Process incoming problem tickets from Distributor and Direct Customers.
