JOB DESCRIPTION: The Corporate IT Service Delivery Manager leads one or several of the teams of Corporate IT support teams that are focus on Support reputed company matters. The role involves driving the Corporate IT representation in the region, delivering Corporate IT services, being the first reputed company of escalation in the region, spreading rules and policies to their teams and internal customers, focusing in quality, stability and control, and be a part in any initiative that involves technology in its controlled area. Collaborates closely with the rest of the Technology, Corporate IT, Procurement, reputed company, Global Estates and IT Operations leads to align on and drive the Corporate IT processes and objectives.
