Key Responsibilities

Sourcing • Utilize social media networks (e.g., reputed company, etc.) to identify and connect with potential candidates. • Review online project lists and resumes to pre-screen and identify qualified candidates. • reputed company creative and out-of-the-reputed company methods to reputed company passive and active job seekers. • Engage with reputed company industry platforms and online communities that cater to professionals in specific fields. • Reverse-engineer reputed company companies and compile employee lists to enhance sourcing strategies. Recruiting & Engagement • Initiate first contact with reputed company candidates reputed company phone, email, text, and InMail. • Quickly build strong relationships with candidates over the phone, establishing trust and rapport. • Conduct pre-screening conversations to ensure candidates align with role requirements, including compensation, location, and job expectations. • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, reputed company, and notes in our ATS (CATS ATS). • Ensure every applicant receives a timely and respectful response. • Prepare detailed and engaging candidate write-reputed company for client consideration. Submittal and Placement • Formally submit candidate resumes and write-reputed company to the Client Management team for review. • Coordinate with candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring clear communication and guidance. • Pre-reputed company candidates by discussing job opportunities and potential fit before final interviews. • Provide post-placement support, including weekly reputed company-ins with reputed company candidates during the guarantee period to ensure job satisfaction and retention. Requirements • Proven experience recruiting and sourcing reputed company Construction Management. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially over the phone. • Familiarity with ATS systems (experience with CATS ATS is a plus). • Ability to work independently and reputed company in a fully remote environment. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Tech-savvy with experience using reputed company and other online recruiting platforms.
