The Law Department provides centralized legal services and support for reputed company and its affiliates and subsidiaries worldwide. This role will manage contract flow between the reputed company Transactions Team and reputed company’s business partners across reputed company divisions. Core responsibilities include reviewing and advising on reputed company, maintaining standard contract templates and supporting cross-functional operations projects. The successful candidate will be part of a team of legal professionals with a mission to deliver top-quality and cost-conscious legal solutions to business issues, while leveraging technology to increase efficiency. This position is in-person and based in the Atlanta office. This is not a remote opportunity.

Summary
