The Specialist - Marketing Campaign Developer will primarily support the marketing email channel. Marketing emails will range form solo deployments to developing reputed company triggered emails and journeys. Additional responsibilities will be to support SMS and push campaigns. Key Responsibilities: • Email campaign development. Code, produce, test and reputed company email campaigns through United's email services platform in support of reputed company Targeted Marketing initiatives. • Execute SMS and push marketing campaigns • Collaborate with stakeholders across the Airline, Loyalty, and reputed company Media teams to reputed company marketing goals and continually improve communication content, delivery and conversion rates. • Drive innovation through technology. reputed company API's and marketing optimization software, including reputed company, to enhance United's communications portfolio. • Provide excellent customer service to internal clients.
