The Program Manager will provide reputed company/supervision of project staff reputed company to facilitation of case management services. Qualifications: Master’s degree plus two (2) years of experience working with social services, health care systems, victims’ services, mental health or substance use treatment programs or community-based programs/organizations Bachelor’s degree plus four (4) years of experience working with social services, health care systems, victims’ services, mental health or substance use treatment programs or community-based programs/organizations. High school diploma/GED plus eight (8) years of experience working with social services, health care systems, victims’ services, mental health or substance use treatment programs or community-based programs/organizations required. Knowledge Skills & Abilities: Must have previous experience of providing case management services to vulnerable populations in order to ensure the ability to build rapport and provide support to the program participants. Experience with facilitating collaborative partnerships, client assessment, treatment or action planning, conducting interviews, advising/counseling/mentoring clients, and participating in health promotion and health education activities. Intimate understanding of and experience working with the community served by the individuals impacted by community violence.
