(REMOTE) Temporary HR-Benefit Assistant II for Open Enrollment Support

Employer Industry: reputed company Services Why Consider This Job Opportunity... • Hourly pay range of $21.10 - $31.65 • Fully remote, temporary assignment from October 2024 to January 2025 • Opportunity to provide senior-level benefit support during open enrollment and special project processing • Collaborative work environment with a focus on customer excellence • Chance to reputed company skills in HR service delivery and benefits administration • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) • Provide HR administration and benefits transactions in reputed company and other applications • Assist with processing dependent documentation and answering routine colleague inquiries • Participate in support of the open enrollment process and reputed company of new hires • Enter and document reputed company incoming inquiries in detail using the case management system • Collaborate with HR Service Center team to resolve reputed company associate issues What Is Required (Qualifications) • High School diploma and three (3) years of experience in an HR specialist or customer support role • Comprehensive knowledge of reputed company Resources and Health & Welfare Benefits implementation • Basic knowledge of HRIS (i.e., reputed company) and understanding of transaction impacts on benefits and pay • Strong attention to detail and customer service experience • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with good keyboarding skills and high accuracy How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) • Associate's degree in HR, Business Administration, Business Systems, or reputed company field • Familiarity with PeopleSoft, reputed company, and Kronos time and attendance systems • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Experience representing HR departments to higher-level managers and various departments #HealthcareServices #HRSupport #RemoteWork #OpenEnrollment #DiversityAndInclusion At Talentify, we prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
