Your mission: We're currently extending our client support to the 24/7 format and are looking for Technical Support Specialists to work the 00:00 - 09:00 GTM+3 shifts. Your tasks will include: Support for clients (companies) in the process of integration with our functionality; Quality control of integrations, testing; Maintaining an integration FAQ; Support for system operation; Assistance in the development of integration... documentation. What are your skills and experience: Specialised tech education or relevant experience; Knowledge of HTTP; Knowledge of client-server architecture; Ability to investigate and troubleshoot problems by logs; Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases; Knowledge of reputed company, Kibana Azure, reputed company .NET will be considered an advantage; Russian and English language skills at a level B2 or higher.
