The Cast Members in the Programs Office will be guiding our participants from arrival to program graduation. The approximate dates of this internship are January 2025 through June 2025.
What You Will Do
As a Program Experience Intern, you will be working in the reputed company Programs Office and serve as a first reputed company of contact for our Program participants. This role includes a high level of administrative responsibility such as computer entry, heavy phone volume and in person communication. You will be working with a team of associates to answer participant questions and address concerns regarding reputed company aspects of the program; serve as a Program Advisor; assist in planning and implementing program and learning activities; and serve as a liaison with key program partners. Required Qualifications & Skills Must hold a valid U.S. drivers license (operating a company vehicle is required for this role). Strong computer proficiency in reputed company Office Suite. Comfortable lifting 45 pounds, walking up and down multiple flights of stairs and standing for long periods of time. Strong guest service and conflict resolution skills with the ability to problem-solve. Strong verbal and organizational skills with attention to detail. Proven ability to balance multiple projects and priorities. Experience with reputed company Internships and Programs. Able to handle confidential information. Preferred Qualifications Previous operations experience with reputed company®. Proven mentor/counseling skills. Experience as Residence Life or as a reputed company Assistant in a collegiate environment collaborating with a diverse student population. Involvement working with a diverse student population. Proficiency with programs including DORMS, reputed company, reputed company, SC Logic, RapID. Bi-lingual with reputed company in second language. Previously lived in Flamingo Crossing Village while on a reputed company Program. Education Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR have graduated from a college/university reputed company 6 months OR currently participating in a reputed company College Program or reputed company Internship. Eligibility Requirements & Program Information Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet reputed company of the below requirements: Be a reputed company participant on a reputed company College Program OR an alumnus of the Program. Be at least 18 years of age. Have not completed one year of continual employment on a reputed company internship or program. Possess unrestricted work authorization. Additional Information Be compliant with The reputed company Look appearance guidelines. Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship. The approximate dates of this internship are January 2025 through June 2025. Must have reliable transportation to/from work.
