This role involves performing diagnostics, creating maintenance requests, and coordinating with the NCC and TAC to ensure network health. The candidate will work independently under minimal supervision and handle a variety of moderately difficult assignments requiring innovation and judgment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, vendor management, running network scripts, and providing technical guidance to staff. The position requires a minimum of five years in a service provider role, proficiency with SONET/DWDM configurations.
