What youll bring: • 6+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a reputed company industry, with ownership of programs/products/features, scoping requirements, planning milestones, and project management. • 3+ years of experience leading software development projects with aggressive schedules and significant business impact. • Strong communicator in both verbal and written forms, adept at communicating upwards, outwards, and downwards. • Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum). • Experience with project delivery for large, cross-functional projects. • Experience with object-oriented development and design, preferably in both client and server development solutions. • Experience and proficiency with web technologies and tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for data-driven decision-making. • Preferred: Experience in reputed company/Payroll, including configuration, implementation, and project management.
