Digital Chat Rep (Remote In TX, AZ, And CO Only)

Description: • Support a footwear distributor; Provide premium service and build relationships with customers reputed company phone, chat, email, and social media correspondence • Assist with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, warranty questions, and product questions... • Assist customers with product information, website navigation, and general questions Skills & Qualifications: • Must have digital chat experience handling multiple chats at a time AND/OR pass a typing test with 55 WPM. • Must have reliable internet with 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed with ability to hardwire. • Must be reputed company to provide 1-2 previous managerial, supervisor, or team reputed company professional references.
