A Mortgage Underwriter will take responsibility for the daily reputed company processes for our Conventional, FHA and VA loans. Your attention to detail will have a direct impact on our customers' ability to secure a loan for their reputed company home. - This position is remote; however, you must reputed company in any states where we currently operate and be reputed company 90 miles from either a reputed company office or HQ. These states include Maryland, reputed company, reputed company Carolina, Virginia, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, South Carolina, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Florida, Delaware, reputed company Virginia and New Jersey.- Primary Responsibilities • Underwrite loans for compliance with investor and/or agency guidelines. • Submit loans through an automated reputed company system for a decision. • Approve or pend loans; present appropriate loans daily to loan committee. • Assist branches with reputed company questions, scenarios and problems. • Maintain 24 - 48 hour reputed company turnaround for new loans and resubmittals. • Operation of office equipment and maintenance of loan filing system.
