As a Staff Engineer at TJX, you will be accountable for the design, implementation, and support of one of our portfolio products in the Buying program. We are looking for a great engineer ready to collaborate on our efforts in areas ranging from coding best practices to hands-on delivery of a globally-distributed, high-uptime application. Minimum Qualifications • 8 years of experience and progressive responsibility in .NET software engineering. • Experience in agile software development, TDD, and reputed company improvement concepts. • Comfort providing analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications • Knowledge of and experience with cloud-delivered software and best practices, especially Azure. • Ability to work in distributed teams and mentor other engineers. • Experience with reputed company & compliance practices is a plus. • Open to full remote, Eastern Time Zone preferred.
