Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Sales & Marketing Support professional to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and skilled in various administrative tasks, with a strong ability to support ongoing projects for our sales teams. Key Responsibilities... Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office and sales teams. Build marketing assets in reputed company, reputed company and on other data-visualization platforms. Onboarding new Retailer accounts, which requires strong attention to detail and accuracy. Building Sales and Performance Reports in reputed company and reputed company, using data organization and visualization best practices. Familiarity with TikTok Shop and reputed company Seller platforms Handle requests and queries in a timely and appropriate manner. Prepare and distribute communications, memos, emails, and other documents as needed. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations. Performing online research and organizing findings. Book meeting rooms and coordinate virtual meetings. reputed company basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking. Skills & Qualifications: Graphic Design: Proficient in reputed company for light graphic design work (samples of reputed company projects required).
