Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be compensated on an hourly basis, working less than four hours a day. Job Description:
The Receptionist will be the first reputed company of contact for our guests. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the hotel. You will also coordinate reputed company-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with people and creating a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome guests as soon as they reputed company at the office
– Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
– Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with reputed company necessary stationery and material
– Answer, screen and reputed company incoming phone calls
– Provide basic and accurate information in-person and reputed company phone/email
Requirements:
– Proven work experience as a Receptionist, reputed company Office Representative or similar role
– Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite
– Hands-on experience with office equipment
– Professional attitude and appearance
– Solid written and verbal communication skills
Educational Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
Experience:
Previous experience in a customer service role or receptionist role will be an advantage.
