Job Summary:

AT&T, one of America’s top telecommunications company, is currently on the lookout for a part-time Call Center Operator for evening shifts. You will work under four hours, providing smooth customer service interactions and resolving any issues our customers may encounter. Job Description:

In this role, you’ll be the first line of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the best assistance possible. You will provide information on products and services, resolve complaints, answer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction. We’re looking for an individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails

– Manage and resolve customer complaints

– Identify and escalate issues to supervisors

– Provide product and service information to customers

– Research required information using available resources

– Document reputed company call information according to standard operating procedures

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Call Center Operator or similar customer service role

– Excellent command of the English language

– Strong phone and verbal communication skills

– Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

– Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately

Educational Qualifications:

– High School Diploma or equivalent

– Further education in communication or customer service would be a plus

Experience:

– Previous experience in a customer support role is a must

– Track record of over-achieving quota

– Familiarity with CRM platforms

– Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
