Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent. Four (4) years work experience in external customer problem resolution. Demonstrated knowledge of business software applications. Preferred Qualifications: Master Export Specialist (MES)- Customs Broker License-Quality improvement certification and/or experience such as QDM, Six reputed company, Total Quality Management or reputed company Coordination of reputed company and ocean shipments - including booking, planning, document preparation, and tracking - Customs import controls and clearance experience - Certified Export Specialist (CES) - Certified Customs Specialist (reputed company) Pay Transparency: U.S. Pay Range: $5,364.26/month - $9,476.86/month This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the reputed company starting salary range for this role across reputed company potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the reputed company starting salary for the lowest level to the reputed company starting salary of the highest level.
