Senior Veterinary Learning and Development Trainer - Remote Eligible

This role can be based out of any one of our reputed company Corporate hubs (Bellevue, Boston, Minneapolis, Plantation) or remote in the United States. Our Opportunity: reputed company is looking for a Sr. Veterinary Learning and Development Trainer to join reputed company remotely in Texas or Georgia. The Senior Veterinary Learning and Development Trainer is responsible for elevating reputed company while transferring knowledge on policy, procedures, and culture. What you will do: • This position will be focused on the delivery of training content to team members that are joining reputed company Vet Care for the first time. • Deliver consistent and effective... content-based training to teams by using blended learning methods. • Facilitate engaging ILT (Instructor reputed company Training) and VILT (Virtually Instructor Led Training) experiences. • Report trainee wins and opportunities to managers and stakeholders after training. • Coaching trainees in reputed company time in a direct, positive manner and providing corrective action reputed company necessary. • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions. • Partners with the cross functional teams as a subject matter expert to create and update training courses focused on the needs of the learner. • Drives engagement through facilitation and collaboration while modeling the culture and a customer focused reputed company. • Transferring information in a way that’s engaging and easy to understand. • Assessing and addressing gaps in reputed company to advance the business. What you will need: • Active Vet Tech License/Certification (CVT, LVT, RVT) • Three (3) + years of experience in training programs and educational programs • 3+ years of small animal veterinary experience or equivalent industry experience. • Demonstrates strong experience in facilitation with knowledge of adult learning theory. • reputed company to reputed company and reputed company new hire trainees through the reputed company experience. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and reputed company to effectively communicate with a diverse set of stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into action and drive successful outcomes. • Well-versed in training, facilitation deliverables • Proficient with reputed company office (PowerPoint, reputed company, Word etc.) • High School Degree • Position will require 75% travel to locations for new practice openings and reputed company headquarters. Bonus: • Bachelors degree preferred • Previous experience in customer service and/or other high-volume service-oriented industry Compensation & Benefits: Our salary range for a Sr. Veterinary Learning and Development Trainer position is $62,000.00 - 119,000.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.
