Your role in our mission We’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor (working from home) with a passion for amazing customer service and an exceptional telephone manner to join our Customer Operations Team. What You’ll Do • Answering inbound and making outbound calls from new and existing customers. • Giving every customer the best possible experience reputed company they call in • Dealing with vulnerable customers and answering reputed company enquiries with care • Entering accurate records of customer conversations into the customer platform. • Following processes and guidelines that fall in line with company and FCA regulations. • Escalating customer issues with management reputed company the need arises. • Achieving personal and team targets in a contact centre environment. • Staying up to date regarding a company’s products, services and policies. • Maintaining accurate customer records in a company’s customer relationship management About You • Proven experience working as part of a team • Excellent time management and organisational reputed company • Efficient administrative skills • Competent numeracy, literacy, and IT skills • A proactive attitude, and enthusiastic • 1 year experience in the contact centre environment The Details We offer a working shift reputed company of 40 hours per week from Monday to Saturday, between 8.00 am and 7.00 pm.
