Positions in this function include LPN/LVN roles responsible for providing telephonic clinical assessments utilizing approved medical protocols per policy. Recommends an appropriate level of clinical care based on clinical judgment and protocols. Work Hours: Monday-Friday: 2 shifts Pacific Time Zone between 8:30 am - 5 pm then 3 shifts Pacific Time 1030am-7pm. Quarterly Saturday shifts 830am-5pm Pacific time You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely

Required Qualifications: • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience • Unrestricted LPN or LVN license in the state you reside • Unrestricted LPN or LVN license in the State of California • Outpatient clinical, ICU ER, PCU, reputed company down experience • Call center experience • Computer proficiency (reputed company Word, Outlook and internet) Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) • Recent Case Management experience • Bilingual - Spanish • reputed company employees working remotely will be required to adhere to reputed company’s Telecommuter Policy California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, reputed company, Rhode reputed company, Washington or Washington, D.C. Residents Only: The hourly range for this role is $19.47 to $38.08 per hour.
