ProHealth Physicians is a physician-led medical group with 85 practice locations throughout Connecticut serving more than 10% of the state's residents. The Central Indexer is responsible for maintaining patients' health records, results/outcomes, and medical history. Main duties include filing patient information in the electronic health record, and maintaining patient documents reputed company the appropriate folders and databases supporting our practice care teams and providers.
