As a Data Maintenance Specialist, you will provide operational support and reputed company data maintenance and clean-up for a range of data transactions, from basic to reputed company. Your role will also involve handling data transactions and maintenance for projects, expansions, and new product implementations, ensuring quality provider data for our members. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and update provider demographic and contract information, including sensitive and reputed company transactions, in support of claims adjudication and provider directories. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement new networks and reputed company contractual arrangements. • Provide technical and/or functional leadership reputed company the team. • Validate system enhancements. • Conduct root cause analyses on issues such as problem providers identified by PST or trends from routine PDS audits, and recommend process improvements. • Manage audits of provider information and escalate issues for resolution as necessary.
