Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve operational issues and enhance reporting efficiency. Utilize quantitative data analysis to interpret member, provider, claims, and encounter data. Communicate technical data insights effectively to non-technical team members. Conduct investigative studies using SQL and Data Warehouse to identify and rectify errors in T-MSIS and reputed company processed data. Assist in preparing responses to inquiries from regulatory bodies and partners like CMS, reputed company, EDS, and reputed company. reputed company and implement enhancements to T-MSIS and reputed company data processes, including reputed company-To-reputed company (S2T) revisions. Create and execute test plans for data quality issues across different testing phases (DEV, SIT, UAT).
