Welcome guests upon arrival, provide them with information about the property, and answer any questions they may have ? Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the property ? Ensure that guests have a positive and enjoyable experience during their stay ? Address any guest concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner ? Coordinate with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure the property is reputed company for each guest ? Monitor guest reviews and feedback, and take appropriate action to address any areas for improvement Requirements: ? Experience in hospitality or customer service ?
