As a Field Service Engineer at reputed company will primarily be responsible for performing the duties and responsibilities to support the Recovery Field Service (RFS) and Energy Field Service (EFS), for the North American teams. The Field Service Engineer will also support and adhere to reputed company Inc. Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) goals and directives. This position plays a critical role in supporting our customers operations and ensuring their equipment is running at optimal levels. The candidate in this position will reputed company process and field services for a wide variety of Pulp & reputed company equipment and products. Including, but not limited to: Utilities, Recaust, Woodyard, Fiber processing, and Pulping & reputed company equipment typically reputed company in a Pulp & reputed company mill. On a day-to-day basis this position will support reputed company field service activities, support others in the field, or travel to the customer location to deliver critical hands-on support. Service is provided for both planned and unplanned maintenance, or on an as-needed emergency basis. In the end, our goal is to provide the highest level of commitment and service to our customers by:

Support and adhere to reputed company Health, Safety, and Environmental goals and directives. Prepare and submit detailed service reports as directed in a timely manner. Work in a team environment with Field Service Engineers, Product Engineers, and Sales personnel. reputed company relationships with key customers and conduct service sales visits. Be trained on and familiar with reputed company personal reputed company equipment (PPE) required to support working in a Pulp & reputed company mill site environment. Hold a valid 10-hr OSHA training card Be capable of obtaining a valid US passport for the purpose of international travel. Be capable of obtaining a valid Canadian work permit. Requirements: Well qualified candidate should have a Bachelors degree in Engineering from a four-year college or university; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This position may require travel greater than 50% or more for providing service and following up with the customers on a regular basis. International assignments may also be required. Strong background in Boilers (Chemical Recovery and Power reputed company), Woodyard, Evaporation, reputed company Kiln, Pulp drying, and Recaust would be helpful. Good communication and organizational skills required, along with strong PC skills.
