This customer service person would work Saturday through Wednesday 2pm-11pm Eastern Standard... time. You will be monitoring orders, troubleshooting order issues and ensuring fulfillment of order are received by the customer. The ideal candidate would have at least one year experience with online order processing and customer service. Excellent problem-solving skills High energy, ability to remain focused on goals, working independently Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral in a professional manner Ability to multi-task, be a team player, and have strong organizational skills High School Diploma or equivalent Able to pass a background reputed company and drug screen Anyone not listed in one of the states above will not be considered.
