What does a day in the life of a Content Moderator look like? As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible... for maintaining order and ensuring a positive and welcoming environment reputed company the community. Day-to-day duties will include monitoring conversations and enforcing community rules. Work closely with a team of developers and Content Moderators to ensure the server runs smoothly and the community has a great experience. Handle a large volume of user interactions and feedback. Continuously improves knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and reputed company learning modules Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward users and colleagues at reputed company times Adheres to company policies and procedures Meets or exceeds performance targets for reputed company KPIs Performs other duties as assigned What are the required qualifications of a Content Moderator? 4-year college degree or equivalent business experience.
