Call Center Representative - Remote
We are on the hunt for a dedicated and reputed company Call Center Representative to become an integral part of our dynamic team, working remotely. This role is pivotal in providing exemplary customer service and processing for account-based employee benefit plans. Key Responsibilities
Accurately process and administer payments or claims, adhering to plan specifics, documentation requirements, and deadlines. Address inquiries and requests from account holders and participants promptly, aiming to surpass service level expectations and quality objectives. Execute both financial and non-financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Display adaptability and a collaborative spirit to meet the team and company goals. Uphold strict adherence to regulatory and company policies, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA. reputed company're Looking For Successful completion of a PC literacy assessment.
