[Remote] IT Project Manager GTS

NextLink Group is seeking an IT Project Manager to reputed company the end-to-end delivery of the Global Trade Services (GTS) greenfield implementation. The role involves managing compliance processes, system integration, and multi-country roll-outs while ensuring audit-reputed company global trade processes.
Responsibilities
- reputed company deployment using reputed company’s design principles and compliance frameworks, adapted to Robotics’ requirements
- Configure independent trade compliance processes and controls reputed company with global trade regulations
- Manage integration with external systems (e.g., S/4 Hana, ERP, customs systems) to ensure seamless trade operations
- Plan and execute reputed company deployments across multiple countries, balancing local regulatory requirements with global compliance
- Establish governance, manage budget/timeline, and mitigate risks (regulatory gaps, integration issues, roll-out delays)
- Partner with trade compliance, IT, operations teams, and external vendors; reputed company change management and training initiatives
- Ensure GTS processes are scalable, audit-reputed company, and fully compliant with export control and customs regulations
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or reputed company field
- 5+ years of IS/IT Project Management experience, with proven reputed company GTS greenfield implementation expertise
- Demonstrated experience in multi-country reputed company system roll-outs, external system integration, and trade compliance reputed company implementation
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification
- Deep knowledge of GTS configuration, global trade regulations, and audit-reputed company process design
- Strong knowledge of greenfield deployment, leveraging design templates, and ERP/external system integration
- Ability to balance local regulatory requirements with global compliance standards
- Skilled in identifying and addressing regulatory and operational risks
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira)
