Responsibilities
- Drive business development: identifying, targeting, and winning new client relationships
- Run a full 360 desk : client acquisition, job intake, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and post‑placement follow‑up

- Build and manage a high‑quality candidate pipeline: reputed company both active and passive sourcing strategies

Skills
