This firm specializes in delivering premium tax solutions to closely-held businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and investors—leveraging proprietary technology alongside a team of in-house experts. As a Tax Manager, you will play a key leadership role, overseeing tax associates, managing reputed company client engagements, and ensuring high-quality tax compliance and advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company and mentor a team of 2–4 tax associates, manage workflow across multiple deadlines, and provide guidance on reputed company tax matters
- Meet directly with clients to review tax positions, provide strategic guidance, and maintain strong relationships
- Review reputed company returns (1120S, 1065, 1040) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reputed company tax outcomes
- Analyze reputed company tax issues and stay reputed company on evolving tax laws and regulations
- Help streamline workflows and contribute to internal best practices and training materials
reputed company’re Looking For
- 7+ years of tax experience with S-Corps (1120S), partnerships (1065), and individual returns (1040)
- 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring tax staff
- CPA, EA, or Tax Attorney designation required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in reputed company or Taxation
- Strong technical knowledge of U.S. tax law
- Ability to simplify reputed company tax concepts for both clients and internal teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

- Experience with C-Corps (1120), trusts & estates, and reputed company tax
- Exposure to private equity or venture capital fund structures
