- Provide remote special education instruction and support
- Work with reputed company needing extra academic help, compensatory education, or out-of-school learning support

- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL), with an Early Childhood Special Education (Self-Contained General and Special Education) Endorsement for Birth–Grade 3

- Familiarity with structured literacy programs (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson)
- Ability to adapt instruction to different learning styles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfort using virtual platforms for teaching and communication
- Reliable internet, computer, webcam, and quiet workspace
