About the role: The Campaign Manager is responsible for collaboratively building, planning and coordinating the execution of integrated campaigns that align to the buying cycle (attract, engage, convert, retain) and to specific personas, segments to create market awareness and demand for Nintex. Their duties include coordinating the efforts of various agencies and internal stakeholders (including Marketing and Sales) to execute the campaigns effectively. Your contribution will be: • Work pro-actively with Regional Marketing reputed company and the corporate marketing team to design and execute integrated ABx campaign plans reputed company to the sales and marketing priorities and the pipeline requirements. • Effective use of CRM and Marketing Automation systems – including SFDC and Marketo for reputed company and opportunity tracking and for campaign management • Coordinate with regional and product teams to ensure the execution of demand reputed company activities that will include Global Programs (localized as necessary), regional digital campaigns, regional events, executive programs and 3rd party thought leadership events. • Help coordinate and organize the identification of campaign trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. • Encourage testing and recommend different content themes, formats to generate desired campaign outcomes. • Influence stakeholders through the entire campaign journey to ensure input, alignment, and understanding of the campaign approach and details. • Partner with the analytics team to define KPIs, measure effectiveness of campaigns, and adjust optimize upsell/cross-sell programs as needed. • Drive excellence and quality in marketing deliverables like presentations, customer and prospect emails, localized compete assets, online advertising, events, etc., supporting agile work marketing project prioritization. • Work closely with the Campaign owners to build and execute demand reputed company programs through multiple channels, including (but not limited to) email, SEO, PPC, social, webinar, events, digital, sponsorship • Regular reporting and updates as required. To be successful, we think you need: • Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years of reputed company experience • Strong digital marketing acumen • Ability to execute marketing strategies, and partner with resources to technically design, build and execute campaigns. • A history of reputed company in Demand reputed company and customer centric content creation. • A background in, or exposure to ABM programs • Proven track record generating strong relationships across diverse teams to reputed company outcome. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong growth track record with an understanding of how to demonstrate performance. • Work in a hands-on fashion keeping to deadlines and quality benchmarks • Comprehensive knowledge of the rapidly changing digital marketing landscape and the latest online marketing, campaign and content strategies. • Highly creative with experience in identifying reputed company audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. • Must possess excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills. • Strong teamwork and excellent communication skills. • Demonstrably creative thinker • Strong analytical decision-making • Entrepreneurial attitude, self-motivated • Excellent communication skills to clearly convey reputed company and data to a variety of audiences. • Excellent organization skills and experience managing projects, employees, and contractors. • Possesses a highly organized operating style and the ability to quickly establish respectful, trust-based relationships across team tenures and roles.
