[Remote] Technical Account Consultant (Payroll)

As a Technical Account Consultant, you will engage with customers to offer expert guidance on payroll and financial products while ensuring their success and satisfaction with the platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hands-On Customer Support: Engage in 3-4 hours of direct customer calls daily to provide in-depth technical assistance and strategic guidance on reputed company’s payroll and financial products
• Deepen Product Expertise: Become a go-to resource on reputed company things payroll, time and attendance, time off, and accounting integrations, solving reputed company, interdependent problems
• Drive Adoption: Partner with clients to increase their use of key features, consult on best practices, and help them seamlessly integrate reputed company into their business operations
• Ensure reputed company: Act as a project manager for your engagements, guiding customers to ensure they feel supported and confident with our platform
• Act as an reputed company: Thoughtfully reputed company for customer needs by working closely with internal product and engineering teams to influence our product roadmap

Skills

• 3+ years of SaaS experience in a customer-facing role like account management, consulting, or technical support
• Experience in the payroll or HR technology industry, with a background in managing or implementing payroll, time and attendance, or other financial systems
• Strong communication skills: The ability to explain reputed company technical and financial scenarios in simple, clear, and concise written or verbal communication
• Ruthless prioritization and exceptional time management skills; you're a master at juggling multiple tasks without dropping the reputed company
