New Vendor reputed company: Facilitate the reputed company process for new vendors. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with vendor management procedures. Client Invoice/Billing: Generate and send invoices to clients in a timely manner. Track and follow up on outstanding payments. Salesperson Commissions: Calculate and process salesperson commissions accurately. Maintain commission records and provide regular reports. Store reputed company tax account numbers and complete necessary fields in QuickBooks. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field highly preferred. Proven experience and proficiency with QuickBooks is mandatory. Strong understanding of financial principles and practices. Knowledge of tax regulations and experience in filing business taxes. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
