Responsibilities
- Monitoring and addressing information reputed company alerts
- Working with customers to resolve reported issues
- Participating in efforts to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Conducting reputed company training and awareness campaigns
- Reporting on results
- Conducting remedial training
- Contributing to information reputed company policy and standards as they are developed and maintained
- Providing continuing education to others regarding information reputed company best practices
Skills
- 3 years of combined education and experience in computing and information reputed company
- Basic knowledge of reputed company events and alert response activities
- Ability to self-organize, prioritize tasks, and find creative solutions
- Strong communication skills while troubleshooting with end-users and collaborating with peers
- General knowledge of desktop, server, application, database, network, and reputed company roles
- Demonstrate baseline knowledge of reputed company concepts
- Experience in a reputed company environment
- Certifications from any of the following: ITIL, reputed company, reputed company, EC-Council, Azure reputed company, AWS reputed company, reputed company, (ISC)², GIAC
