[Remote] Benefit Consultant Sales Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insperity's client is a leading Health & Wealth SaaS platform transforming how employees manage their financial and overall wellness. As a Benefit Consultant Sales Executive, you will drive the expansion into the healthcare provider market and build strong consultative relationships to integrate financial wellness into employee benefit offerings.
Responsibilities
- Partner with appointment setters who will identify, prospect, and engage healthcare providers, TPAs, health plans, and employer benefit groups through multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, events) to generate qualified leads
- Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity qualification to negotiation and closing, driving new client acquisition and recurring revenue growth
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals, contracts, and pricing models tailored to healthcare organizations and benefit programs
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with healthcare executives, benefits directors, and HR leaders to ensure seamless integration and adoption of our client's SaaS platform
- Monitor healthcare industry trends, financial wellness solutions, and employer benefits innovations to position our client as a leading Health + Wealth Wellness partner
Skills
- 3–7+ years of sales experience in healthcare, benefits, HR tech, or SaaS, with a proven track record of selling B2B solutions to healthcare executives, benefit directors, or HR decision-makers
- Solid understanding of benefit plan economics and employer-sponsored wellness programs, with consultative selling and presentation expertise
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build new healthcare verticals, drive growth, and contribute to strategic partnership development
- An established network in healthcare or benefits consulting (ideal)
- Familiarity with health + wellness solution integration for employer groups
- Excitement for shaping the future of employee financial and health wellness
