Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming communications from customers
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues

Skills

  • 6 months or more of customer services experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
  • Computer experience
  • High speed internet connection (>25mbps). A hardwired connection to your home router is required
  • A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise
