[Remote] Convenience Sales Representative, Field Sales (South New Jersey)

Mondelēz International is a leading company in the snacking industry, seeking a Convenience Sales Representative to manage a territory of approximately 300 stores. The role focuses on executing business KPIs, expanding distribution, and building strong relationships with store owners to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Deliver against quarterly sales objectives through the execution of perfect store principles
- Record all weekly activity and key customer intel in Salesforce
- Assess viability of current store route list and provide timely feedback to supervisor for necessary adjustments
- Track store and account level KPIs
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and key customers to drive partnership
- Leverage selling, negotiation, problem solving, and interpersonal skills to anticipate needs and overcome objections
- Provide a high level of customer service and business solutions
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, sharing insights with the team to optimize sales approaches
