About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the trusted voice for our clients, providing exceptional support and guidance to customers across the Midwest. You'll be responsible for resolving service-related questions, billing inquiries, and power outage issues, all while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with service-related questions, billing inquiries, and resolving power outage issues in a professional and friendly manner
  • Providing exceptional support over the phone, with no sales required
  • Navigating multiple systems while speaking with customers
  • Collaborating with your teammates to ensure every customer gets the help they need

Education and Experience

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of providing outstanding support and resolving complex issues
  • A high school diploma or GED, and authorization to work in the United States
  • The ability to work in a home-based setting with a stable work history and a passion for providing exceptional service
  • Flexibility for occasional mandatory overtime, especially during outages – because our customers count on us when it matters most
