This role is critical in ensuring the seamless and exceptional guest experience across all park attractions and services. The successful candidate will oversee daily operational activities, manage a diverse team of operational staff, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, safety, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing and executing operational plans, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong understanding of theme park operations, including crowd management, ride operations, and guest services. You will leverage technology to monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions. Collaboration with other departments such as Marketing, Maintenance, and Entertainment will be key to achieving overall park success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in large-scale operational management, preferably within the hospitality or entertainment industry.
