You'll work closely with our Sales Team to identify and resolve data-related issues, streamline data quality processes, and provide valuable insights to drive business growth. Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Analyst at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing Excel and Salesforce to monitor and update data in a timely manner, ensuring all fields and records are complete and meet required standards.
  • Identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or missing data within the system and ensuring timely follow-up for correction.
  • Conducting regular data validation checks to identify inaccuracies or discrepancies in lead information.
  • Preparing reports detailing missing or incomplete data and communicating these findings to the Sales Team.
  • Collaborating closely with the Sales Team to address missing data and ensure that leads are properly qualified.
  • Providing necessary updates and follow-up with the Sales Team to ensure data is being corrected or qualified based on the information provided.
  • Process Improvement:

+ Working within guidelines and tools to streamline data quality processes, aiming to reduce operational costs. + Proactively suggesting improvements to current data handling practices to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of data management. + Following established guidelines and workflows to ensure consistency in data entry and reporting. + Documenting and reporting any challenges or deviations from standard processes to leadership for further action.

Required Qualifications:

To succeed as a Data Entry Analyst at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in data entry or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and experience working with Salesforce.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to follow specific instructions and adhere to guidelines provided by internal tools and processes.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving data-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Experience in sales or lead qualification processes is a plus, but not required.
